WE ARE A BENEFIT CORPORATION
A significant milestone has been reached: on April 8, 2021, by Notary Deed, Arca Etichette S.p.A., Etifix srl, and Arca Sleeves srl officially became Benefit Corporations.
Being a Benefit Corporation highlights our “dual-purpose” approach to management—pursuing not only profit but also specific objectives of common benefit, with the goal of generating a measurable positive impact on the community, the environment, and all stakeholders, in a responsible, sustainable, and transparent way.
This evolution allows us to safeguard our corporate, social, and environmental values while strengthening our capacity for long-term growth.
We believe that if a Value isn’t shared, it isn’t truly a Value.
As a Benefit Corporation, our values will be monitored and measured over time through an Impact Report, enabling us to pursue increasingly innovative solutions in both social and environmental spheres.

B CORP CERTIFIED
It is a prestigious international network of companies that share a single goal: driving global change through their activities, generating a positive impact at the economic, social, and environmental levels.
In 2022, B Lab, the certifying body for B Corps, evaluated our performance and recognized us with a score of 90, accrediting us as an example of a Sustainable Economy model, in which economic goals are integrated with social and environmental responsibility (CSR).
In August 2025, we achieved B Corp recertification with a score of 95.7, confirming our growing commitment to generating shared value and continuously improving our positive impact on the environment, communities, and stakeholders.
This achievement demonstrates the strength of our values and our determination to pursue increasingly ambitious sustainable goals.

Both represent the global movement of companies that want to use business as a positive force also for socio-environmental improvement. They have in common high standards of accountability and transparency, as well as missions aimed at solving the challenging problems of society.
However, there are some important differences.
Benefit Corporation status is a legal form, while B Corp is a certification. Companies can become Benefit Corporations only in countries which adopt it in their legislation, such as in Italy. The B Corp certification can be achieved, in any country, by companies able to demonstrate their corporate, environmental and social commitment, according to a complex certification scheme of the BLab international Body, the only accredited Body for certification.

OUR “GREEN HEART” FOREST
On the occasion of World Environment Day 2021, Arca Etichette decided to continue its journey toward a more sustainable business by creating an actual forest. Trees play a vital role in biodiversity as the foundation of our ecosystems, contributing to the well-being of animals, insects, plants, people, and even the air we breathe. We planted 114 trees—one for each year of our companies’ existence: 73 for Arca Etichette, 34 for Etifix, and 7 for Arca Sleeves—in Tanzania, Ecuador, Haiti, Kenya, and Madagascar!
Our goal is to expand our “GREEN HEART” forest with new achievements to celebrate together with you.
