An important goal has been reached: by Notary’s Deed on 8 April 2021, Arca Etichette S.p.A., Etifix srl and Arca Sleeves srl acquired the status of Benefit Corporation.
Being a Benefit Corporation gives evidence of “dual purpose” management which, in addition to profit, pursues specific objectives of common benefit, with the aim of generating a measurable positive impact for community, territory and all stakeholders, in a responsible, sustainable and transparent way.
It is an evolution that allows us to protect our corporate, social and environmental values, strengthening our capacity for growth in the coming years.
We believe that if the Value is not common, it’s not a Value.
As a Benefit Corporation, our values will be monitored and measured over time through an Impact Report in order to increase innovative solutions on social and environmental issues.

ARCA GROUP IS B CORP CERTIFIED
This is a high international standard made up of companies with a single purpose: to be the protagonist of global change with their activities, creating a positive economic, social and environmental impact.
B Lab, the certification body of B Corp, has measured our performance and accredited us, with a score of 90, to be part of this new model of Sustainable Economy in which economic targets go hand in hand with CSR objectives.

Both represent the global movement of companies that want to use business as a positive force also for socio-environmental improvement. They have in common high standards of accountability and transparency, as well as missions aimed at solving the challenging problems of society.
But they do have some important differences.
Benefit Corporation status is a legal form, while B Corp is a certification. Companies can become Benefit Corporations only in countries which adopt it in their legislation, such as in Italy. The B Corp certification can be achieved, in any country, by companies able to demonstrate their corporate, environmental and social commitment, according to a complex certification scheme of the BLab international Body, the only accredited Body for certification.

Arca Etichette – Labels division
With over 70 years of experience, it designs and manufactures self-adhesive labels for decorations and identification, promotion, security and the most diverse special functions, forefront products to satisfy all of our customers’ needs.
Arca Etichette – Systems division
Complete and innovative identification solutions for the manufacturing industry: self-adhesive labeling machines and laser markers synonymous with productivity, reliability, safety
and durability.
Arca Sleeves
Company exclusively specialized in the production of shrink sleeve labels of any format, with any printing technology (digital, flexo, offset), neutral (warranty seals, bi-packs, promotional packs), with the aim of “dressing” any product.
Etifix
Since 1987 focused on the production of self-adhesive labels on reels and sheets, in a flexible and rapid way.
MINIMUM ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Arca Etichette has been pursuing the goal of minimum environmental impact for years with an ISO14001 certified environmental management system, based on modern procedures, inspired by the theories of “lean production” and total quality.
